Caring about what foods we eat is only part of the journey. We need to also care about what ingredients are in the cocktails (or mocktails) we drink. I set out on a quest to experiment with natural ingredients and flavours that excited me and made the cocktail experience so much more than a Whiskey + Coke or a Vodka + OJ.
My friends caught wind of my experiments and pushed me to share my discoveries and creations with the world.
As a result: Polished Toasts was born.
